Thursday Cottage’s origins go back to a Somerset kitchen in 1963, and while the business may have moved to Essex, nothing much has changed since then. The batches are still small, the ingredients are the finest it can find and the recipes simple and deliciously fresh.
It makes more than 120 different curds, jams and marmalades, including organic and reduced sugar options, along with Christmas and gifting products. All products are handmade in small batches and cooked in traditional pans. Thursday Cottage also supports independent trade, supplying farm shops, delis, foodhalls and garden centres countrywide and export worldwide.
