The Timotheou family has produced British-made, Greek-heritage yoghurt for generations. Euripides Nicolaou started making fresh live yoghurt in a little basement in Warren Street in London’s Soho back in 1949 and was soon joined by Michael Timotheou. Over 70 years later, four Timotheou brothers are continuing the award-winning family business together, making Greek style bio-live yoghurt in the Chiltern Hills.
