Worcestershire-based Macneil’s produces small batches of smoked fish using Norwegian techniques and the finest ingredients. Its cure and smoke process is unique, using an imported vintage Norwegian kiln and its own recipes.

Macneil’s produces delicately smoked salmon, duck, chicken and more with delicate nuances, while its beech wood recipes offer an altogether more complex flavour.
