Doves Farm began life in 1977 when founders Clare and Michael Marriage sowed their first seeds with the simple idea of making great quality flour from their grains. As a family business, it has milled organic and heritage flours, along with a range of naturally gluten-free flours ever since.

Doves Farm has made biscuits from its wholemeal flour and also reintroduced some of the UK’s lost ancient grains back to our soils – rye, spelt, einkorn and emmer.
