Supplier Provenance

Established in 2000, Buttercross produce their sausages and bacon from scratch at their countryside site using traditional methods. All oak smoking, curing and ‘salt aging’ is done on site so that the products can be checked to make sure they reach the highest possible standard. Buttercross source their pork from outdoor-reared pigs, either from their own farm on the border of Shropshire and Staffordshire, or from their working partners in Cheshire. Their products are loved by chefs for their delicious taste and high quality.
