Pure Eco
Paul Halsey and James Minkin set up their craft brewery in 2005 in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. They wanted to create brilliant beers in an eco-friendly way and based themselves on a working farm where they have made a number of environmentally enriching decisions. These include recycling wastewater using a natural wetland system, making the most of heat exchange and steam recapture technology to reduce energy consumption, and turning spent grain, yeast and hops into animal feed and fertiliser.
Pure quality
Focused on their mission to brew great beer without prejudice, with a conscience and with attention to detail, the Purity team have won multiple national and international awards every year since they launched.
