Keep refrigerated below 5°C at the bottom of the fridge.
Suitable for home freezing. For best result freeze on day of delivery or before the use by date shown on the front of the pack. Use within three months of freezing. Defrost in a refrigerator ideally in the original packaging. Defrost thoroughly before use.

They are also involved with investing in rare and heritage breeds as the British Isles have some of the finest grass-fed beef, pork and lamb breeds in the world which have been bred to perfection since the 18th and 19th centuries. Breeds that Farmison & Co support include white park cattle, ryeland sheep and oxford sandy black pigs.
