This oval-shaped flatfish is highly prized for its delicious taste and texture. This fish has a slightly sweet, delicate taste and goes well with creamy sauces. This fish is pan ready, which means that the head has been removed and the frill around the edge of the fish has been trimmed, ready for the pan or roasting. Landed and responsibly caught fresh in the South West.

Stevenson's is intrinsic to the fishing port of Newlyn in Cornwall. Stevenson's is a family-run fishing and fish processing business dating back to the early 1900s. With its own fleet of fishing vessels, Stevenson's has access to the freshest South West fish available. It also holds the license to run the Newlyn fish market, which is immensely valuable to the way of life of the fishing town.
Stevenson's boats land fresh, Cornish fish into Newlyn harbour daily. The fishery works closely with trusted suppliers from the UK and further afield to ensure it brings in sustainably sourced fish specimens that are not available in UK waters.
