Conker’s signature Dorset Dry Gin is rested in used Port barrels from Portugal, drawing out the five-year-old Ruby Port from the oak staves, infusing its aged flavour and turning the gin a stunning ruby-pink.
Tasting notes: The herbaceous fresh brightness of the Dorset Dry is balanced with a woody spice and a bourbon-like vanilla sweetness, with the Port adding a melody of forest fruits and jammy red grape.

Instead our four-day lead time gives farmers the chance to pick the freshest produce, resulting in maximum shelf life. It allows us to plan efficient deliveries that minimise traffic, emissions and removes the need for warehouses full of wilting and wasting food.
