Severn & Wye Smokery is situated in the Royal Forest of Dean, between two of England’s most celebrated salmon rivers, where they practise the old-fashioned art of smoking high-quality fish and meat. This luxurious, long-sliced skinless smoked salmon makes an indulgent starter or leisurely breakfast before you begin the day’s excitement.
Our sweet black tiger prawns are large, meaty and full of flavour. Perfect for canapes, try flash frying with chilli and lemon, or add a smokey marinade and skewer. Our award-winning traditional turkeys are reared with excellent welfare standards, resulting in premium meat with unbeatable flavour. We also offer a Stuffed Turkey Breast presented with pork, sage and caramelised onion stuffing and streaky bacon.
